Today's Horse Racing Tips

Redcar 16.43

Despite the presence of last year’s winner that we had, Archduke Ferdinand, happy to side with Michael Herrington’s BADRI here, who looks to have dropped into a very workable race back in Class 4 company 👀

His latest effort at Windsor can easily be marked up when 6th in a stronger Class 3 handicap over 6f off a mark of 87 where he hit trouble in running and eased down soon after.

This race represents a notable ease in grade, rated around 6lb weaker than that Windsor contest, and significantly less that the races he was in last term having won a C3 at Windsor.

His overall profile strongly suggests he remains better than this level, having last season raced in C2 and won a Class 3 handicap at Windsor off 90.

Goes off 87 today and Redcar’s long flat straight should suit him who does need a tad of luck in running coming off the pace.

However not many better than Jason Hart doing the steering and looks to be the class horse and a solid “wipes yer face” 11/2 and the FOUR places on offer 👀🟢

Redcar 16.43 - Badri (Full Stakes Challenge)

Leicester 15.04

Happy to side once again with Adie Wintle’s yard here after they’ve already delivered for us recently, and RAVENGLASS looks to have plenty in his favour returning to a more suitable setup at Leicester 👀

His latest run can be upgraded considerably. He was never really ridden to get involved and the bare finishing position probably undersells the effort, especially in a race where things simply didn’t unfold ideally for him 🌤️

Prior to that he shaped encouragingly on seasonal reappearance, suggesting the ability remains, and now returns to the same time of year where he struck form last season. Even better, he’s now back down to that last winning mark, which immediately makes him look potentially very well treated if able to rediscover that level of form 📉

Joe Leavy taking the ride is another positive and the booking catches the eye in a race where a well-timed hold-up ride could prove crucial around Leicester’s galloping straight. He looks the type capable of outrunning his odds now returning to more favourable conditions 🏇

On around 8/1 and with FOUR places on offer 🍀💰 the likes of bet365.
