Staking Plans are an emotive issue but we try to take a simplistic approach in adopting a flexible methodology backing a fixed percentage of an ‘ever flexing’ bank.
The significant factor is you have to be comfortable with the amounts you are betting.
It just seems a ‘no brainer’ than backing short priced ‘lumpers’ where you need to hit a 40% strike rate when backing 6/4 shots (2.5) to just break even – and that doesn’t factor in the huge bets you need to place to make good profits………leave that to the pro’s in the know.
We aim to appeal to the ordinary punter who can use ‘lower stakes’, and where we know our average winning odds are around 6/1 (7.00), we only need a 14.28% (100/7) strike rate to break even.
Since we commenced our strike rates have been significantly higher than this, around the mid 40’s that has seen us hit £1k to £10k twice in the last 3 years!!
