Yafaar wins for Sam England advised 12/1
💥 🏆 A cracking result at Redcar today as Yafaarr lands at 12/1, giving us another very nice each-way winner.
We liked the fact he was returning to a course and distance where he had already won readily from OR60 and then finished second from OR66, so today’s mark of 63 looked more than workable.
The market agreed too, with support into 9/1, and Shane Gray once again gave him a lovely ride for the in-form Sam England yard.

Humungous 20 runner over the straight billiard table mile to consider.
Pisanello, a previously backed tracker, is very short at 7/2 for a 9yo and there looks to be plenty better value on the EW front elsewhere.
We’ve Got This has also been very well supported, while Perfidia has gone the other way in the betting. I’m always a little wary of a Tim Easterby horse drifting on the morning of a race; that doesn’t mean the market is automatically right, especially with the yard itself in excellent form, but at the prices it pushes me elsewhere.
Opting for Sam England trained YAFAARR at 12/1.
The strongest part of his case is he has already proved he can win this exact race setup from a mark not much lower than today’s race.
He won over this C&D in June from OR60, and there was nothing fortunate about it. Held up towards the rear, he made smooth progress from two furlongs out, hit the front inside the final furlong and won readily by a length and a half.
He was then raised in the weights and subsequently returned over this same C&D in a Class 5 from OR66, where he finished a respectable second. So today’s OR63 sits right between those two performances:
He also drops back to the mile after a couple of runs over 1m2f, which looks another positive.
Shane Gray is another plus. He was aboard for that ready C&D victory and again when he finished second here from OR66.
He goes well for the yard with a combination at 16-3-8 for the year.
The Sam England yard remains in decent nick too and with some overnight contraction in prices from 14's will take this one at the current double digit price.
