Meetings at Musselburgh, Yarmouth and Windsor on the turf to open the week.

Some real low grade stuff and nothing lower than the Moose Derby 45+ rated (17.10) north of the border. One going there, no surprise to us and given the odds will have an EW nibble :)

Musselburgh 17.10

A real moose grade affair and whilst Mrs Bagerran has 'some form' of late, not to be trusted at 1 from 40+.

Tim Easterby likes to get his charges up and running and looks to have found a decent opportunity for his 3yo He's An Angel. Short enough at that price to pass up will look to something proven to stick their nose in front.

Indeed most of these are 0 or 1 from plenty so it's down to old timer MUATADEL who lines up without a win since October 2021.

However, has popped in some placed efforts at big prices. Despite a true moose, he operates a near 50% place record over 5f.

Also goes well in these bigger field handicaps to eke out one of those enhanced paying slots. Comes in off the back of a couple of 5 poor efforts' albeit 4 have been up the stiff hills at Beverley & Ponty where he has no form.

Back on a flatter track will hopefully see some improvement with Mark Winn claiming the extra 3lb.

On at a humongous 33/1 with FOUR paying places, bet365 go 40/1.
