Today's Horse Racing Tips

Lingfield 16.50

Open looking sprint over the minimum trip.

Going to opt for one backed last month for a place in Anthony Carson's COOLAGH MAGIC.

Anthony Carson's charge has a 29-7-12 strike rate on the AW and recorded up back to back wins this time last year the last of those of a mark of 60.

Mark has dropped to 54 and should be competitive in this one coming from what could be a contested pace from Forever Noah and Wedgewood.

Relatively lightly raced should have blown all the cobwebs away with William Carson doing the steering and just about our bottom limit with 5/1 and the THREE paying places.

Lingfield 16.50 - Coolagh Magic (Full Stakes Challenge)

Wolves 20.00

Intervention a previous winner of ours going at a humungous price. Looks tad unpredictable at the moment and going to side with another one lightly raced this term in David Menuisiers' METAVERSE.

Had shown best so far on the AW at Kempton with some solid runs up to Christmas. However ran well on first go on the AW at Southwell LTO under Billy Whizz in a 0-85 to think he's not far off.

Dropped a lb for that one is drawn well enough to track the pace. Trainer has a better than average win rate here with 5 from 35 and has the booking of Tom Marquand up top.

He's a 50% record when booked by the yard on the AW so hopefully a solid EW chance with 11/1 and the THREE paying places.
