Fat Gladiator wins......advised 8/1

A nice win for us with George Baker's FAT GLADIATOR. Has missed a good bit of racing but now looks a tad under the radar. Pat Cosgrave moved him off the rail coming off the turn and when he got the gap looked to win with a bit in hand 😁🐃

2025/26 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge bank stands at £956.42 with full stakes at £5.98 EW with a 33% win/place rate.

2024/25 AW bank stands at +24.62 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 36% win/place rate.

2025/26 Turf bank stands at -9.8 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 33% win/place rate.

Open looking 7f and ignoring one we have backed a couple of times. Mark Loughnane's Triggered has been thereabouts of late but cannot see him doing it in a big field from a car park draw.

Opting for George Baker's FAT GLADIATOR.

Looked a decent sort 2022/3 seasons before missing for last year. Has returned with a decent effort over this trip and surface.

Not so good LTO but drops back to the specialist 7f and gets Pat Cosgrave back up top.

Eased a couple looks EW value form a nice draw and Kessaar Power to track from that side of the track.

On with a best 8's with the FOUR paying places.
