Thursday racing on the turf comes from Beverley.
Fair to say it's a slightly disappointing turnout in numbers to post with the feature, Rapid Lad Handicap, having just 7 runners going to post.
Did any of our 'older' members see that one run?
For the juniors - the race recognises the remarkable moose, Rapid Lad never rated over 60, won twelve races at Beverley between 1983 and 1989 šš¤£
That's a 10f event so we'll look at the sole 4yo sprint (14.45) Happy Birthday Andy Hill Handicap
4YO plus Class 4
Back in the morning around 8.30 am.

Beverley 14.45
Elegant Erin for the Midgemeister looks to have it all to do off a ooking lumper in what is a generally open looking apprentices.
Rambuso Creek another near the head of the market for Kevin Ryan. Tom Eaves the pilot and 0-18 fro the trainer here over the last couple of years!
Tim Easterby comes in with a trio of runners and going to look at COUNT D'ORSAY.
Interesting that this one was beaten here last September by Mattice and re-opposes that one on 3lb better terms with stable jock David Allan opting for this one.
9-2-5 on going and distance, ran well enough on 3 of his last finishes last term to suggest he is competitive off mid 70's at the ripe age of 8.
There's a general 14's and regulation THREE paying places
