Good to kick the week off with a winner and old favourite PEACHEY CARNEHAN.

Phil Dennis had Mick Mullineaux's charge handy and once hitting the front held the favourite Tathmeen to the line.

Advised at 9's this morning was backed through the day into 9/2.

2022/23 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge bank stands at £1774.76 with current full stakes at £22.18 EW with over 40% win/place rate.

2023 Turf bank ended at +37.9pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 40% win/place rate.

2023/4 AW bank stands at +39.7pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 43% win/place rate.

0-52 moose grade, nearly as low as you go, and proven winners in grade Griggy and Tathmeen both the subject of some overnight money.

Will look to regular selection PEACHEY CARNEHAN to give us some return having flopped over the 7f here on Boxing Day.

Missed the break that day and then raced as wide as you like to beat nothing home. However, prior runs had given some encouragement with that 2nd under Rab Havlin at Kempton and a 2l down in 4th here.

Yard haven't had many runners of late but do tend to have good Jan/Feb with over 60% PRB. Phil Dennis back up top with 3 wins and an overall 50% place record in 30 rides.
